Painting Update

Painting of Village court homes and townhomes has resumed.A tentative schedule of buildings to be painted in 2010 was proposed by TKO Painting, adopted by the Board at its November meeting, and confirmed by the Architecture Committee shortly thereafter. While the exact order of units to be painted during this time period has not been finalized, a total of 77 stucco, siding, and shingled units will be painted between now and December 2010. Included are four courts (Bermuda, Marin, San Miguel, and Cordoba) plus a number of townhomes on Sausalito and Fairway. In the coming month, we will be working on a complete schedule covering all units that haven't been painted in the past couple of years.
