No Change in Dues!
The Board approved a new budget for 2010, with no change in monthly homeowner's dues. Also, despite the tough economy, reserves are projected to increase in 2010. This is the result of strong cost controls, enabling reserve contributions in excess of those called for by the latest independent reserve study.
