New Dues Payment Options from Avalon

Association dues may now be paid via the HOA website (mvhoa.com) or by telephone (1-866-289-5977) using a credit card or E-Check. This is a new option provided through a third party payment service by Avalon Management to the homeowners of the associations it manages. As such, it has not been tested by MVHOA, but the Board would welcome homeowner feedback on how it works.

Service fees to the third party provider (not Avalon or MVHOA) are involved. As we understand it, a $9.95 charge is applied to one-time transactions or for using a credit card, so these options might be best if you need to make a rush payment near the deadline. Homeowners also have the option of setting up recurring E-check payments through the site for $2 per month.

Note: The free monthly checking account debit service already available directly from Avalon is not affected. - D. White
