Gateway Guard Villa Remodel is Underway!

The remodel of the Gateway guard villa is currently underway. The Management Office, in conjunction with Wackenhut Access Control coordinated the total relocation of the Gateway Guard Villa to the Portsmouth Guard Villa on Sunday, November 1st at 7 AM. All telephone and computer systems were relocated and successfully installed, which insured the smooth transition from Gateway to Portsmouth.

All signage was placed out one-week in advance, notifying community members of the remodel, as well as the directional signage, directing all community traffic to the Portsmouth.

We are working closely with Wackenhut Access Control to manage the traffic flow at Portsmouth during the remodeling process. At this time, we are estimating that the Gateway remodel will take 2-3 weeks
