Gateway Guard Villa Remodel

Starting on Monday, November 2nd, the Gateway Guard Villa and Gateway Entry to Manhattan Village will be closed for 2-3 weeks for an extensive remodel.

During the temporary closure, all resident, guest and vendor entry into Manhattan Village will be performed through the Portsmouth Guard Villa, located in the Estates Association.

Once the Gateway Guard Villa remodel is completed, all guard villa operations will be relocated from the Portsmouth Guard Villa, back to Gateway.
