FIOS Project Begins

Painted markings for the installation of fiber-optic service (FIOS) within the Village are beginning to appear on our streets, sidewalks, and certain portions of our landscaping. This signals the beginning of the FIOS cable installation process, which will proceed for several weeks as cable is laid by Verizon subcontractors in preparation for offering FIOS service throughout the Village. FIOS connections will ultimately be made to each unit's exterior utility closet at the sole cost of Verizon.
